Growing in Jesus (Grades 1-5)
When Christ was born, He inspired many people. The Magi, the shepherds, the angels, Mary and Joseph, were all inspired by baby Jesus. Even today, the story of our savior's birth inspires many to live there lives as God would have them to. How about you?

Jesus did not stay a baby. He grew physically, mentally, emotionally and most importantly, spiritually. By the time He was 12 years old Jesus was well equipped to stand before the Pharisees and discuss the things of God. He also understood the importance of submitting to authority by obeying His mother when she asked Him to go back home. Since Christ was exposed to God's will, He knew how to follow it.

ALCC's Children's Ministry believes that all children can Grow in Jesus. It is our desire to partner with parents to give our children exposure to God and His desires for their lives. We seek to achieve this by training them up in the word of God, so that when his light shines on them their lives will reveal a picture of God's will for their lives.

The following are a list of programs we offer for Growing in Jesus.

• Bible Study: Sundays 9 am - 10 am

We also offer Youth Church on 2nd & 4th Sundays during morning worship at 10:30 am.
